Based in Napa Valley, CA, designTHIS!, LLC was originally founded in Los Angeles, CA in 1996 by principals Kim Shaeffer and Amy Predmore, combining 30 years of experience in the design industry.

After a year of sitting in LA traffic, the two moved the company North, seeking a more obvious change in seasons, as well as new business prospects. Built as a creative, service-oriented, results-driven agency, dT! has helped shape and reshape the branding direction of over 200 clients locally, regionally, nationally and internationally.

"We're often asked the origin of our memorable name. Really, what started as a joke has turned into 9 years of successful business. When we were starting the business we'd often ask each other what we wanted to design. The looping response became “d-e-s-i-g-n THIS!" We had a lot of youthful attitude in those days. We still do. It works."
